The Network Office now maintains a Critical Care Related Issues Database (CCRID) - The CCRID is part of the governance process embedded within the Midlands Critical Care Operational Delivery Networks.  CCRID is the term used to describe critical care related risks, issues, incidents, preventable deaths and its purpose is to ensure accurate, timely investigation and resolution about issues reported to the Midlands Operational Delivery Network office from any organisation within the region.
